Your peace, our purpose

Our Services

Hospice services allow patients to spend the last days of their life in the setting of their choice in comfort and with dignity.

We manage and provide all medications related to the patient's terminal illness.  This includes having them delivered directly to the patient's residence.

We provide medical equipment and supplies related to the terminal illness.  This may include walkers, shower chairs and incontinence supplies.

We provide routine nursing care in the patient's residence with access to a nurse 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We can provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.

We provide social, emotional and spiritual support through Chaplain and Social Worker visits.  This will include helping with end of life preparations such as advanced directives and funeral arrangements.

You Are Not Alone

We have extensive experience navigating the end of life journey.  You do not have to go it alone.

We would be honored to guide you through every step with the goal of relieving stress so you can enjoy the last days of life.

We prioritize being available and accessible.  You can contact us 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

When to begin hospice services is a difficult decision to make.   We recommend starting services to allow for 6 months of support from us.  The sooner the supports are in place, the more time you will have  to focus on spending time with loved ones.  We are here to answer any questions you have.
